Hello, I'm Mary. I specialize in making country bread and baguettes. My bakes use fresh ingredients and typically require advance orders. Here at Auntie Mary & Ying's, I make cakes for weddings, parties, and all occasions, as well as loaves, cupcakes, cookies, and a personal favorite, scones! xxx

Hi there! I’m Ying. People often ask about the name ‘Auntie Mary and Bluebell.’ Mary is my aunt in my British family, and her kitchen is framed by a beautiful array of bluebells in the front garden. Since I moved here from China at the age of 15, she’s seen me explore every kind of European dessert. From my teenage years to now, I’ve grown up enjoying her recipes and hearing her vibrant stories. When it came to naming my bakery, I couldn’t think of a better name to choose.
